  2. 8-9 garlic cloves
  3. leaves Few curry
  4. 6-7 green chillies
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 tsp mustard seeds
  7. 1 tsp haldi powder
  8. 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
  9. Bread slices as required
  10. Oil for frying

Instructions to make to make Bread Roll

  1. Boil potatoes and cool it completely.
  2. Mash it in a bowl and keep aside.
  3. Make a coarse paste of garlic and green chillies. In a kadai take 2 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds and as it crackles add garlic and chilli paste and saute for a min. Add haldi powder and mix well and off the gas and pour this mixture over mashed potatoes and mix well.
  4. Add salt to taste, chopped coriander and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
  5. Take a bread slice and soak it in water for a second and remove it and squeeze it nicely.
  6. Keep the potato stuffing at the centre in lengthwise and press and cover it nicely and give it a roll shape.
  7. Similarly make all rolls and keep aside for 15 mins.
  8. Keep oil for frying and when its nicely hot deep fry the rolls till nice golden in colour.Seeve hot with chutney or tomato ketchup..
