- First make green chutney with the given ingredients in a mixer, keep aside.
- Now make a semi thick paste of besan & Keep aside.
- Now take one slice of bread, spread some chutney over it, keep aside.
- Now take another bread slice, spread tomato sauce over it.
- Now put 1 more slice between both slices so that inner slice will have Chutney & sauce. (so there aur 3 slices).
- Cut it diagonally. Dip into the besan paste one by one.
- Take a good amount of oil in a wok, deep fry the pakodas till light brown.
- Take out on a tissue so that extra oil is absorbed.
- Plate it on a serving dish, serve it with any dip.
