  3. Now we will check our sooji batter,it is ready add half cup water,salt and soda in it.The batter should be of thick consistency.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and pour one ladle of batter in it.Keep aloo tikki on it,medium flame.On top of tikki pour some batter to cover the tikki.Then cover and cook for 2, 3 minutes. Open lid tilt the pan little and flip it. If you need you can sprinkle some oil from sides,cover and cook again for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes both sides are cooked. Take out in plate and cut the sandwich into two halves.Serve it with sauce or chutney.
